Return Policy
Mod-Tech-Solutions will accept returns of items found to be non-functioning for 30 days after the original purchase date. Only items found to be in non-functioning condition are eligible for return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase value.
Items purchased in Factory-Sealed condition are under no circumstance eligible for return.
Shipping
Policy
All orders received and paid for before 2:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) are shipped the same day via UPS Ground. Orders or payments received after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped next day. Upon receipt of payment, Mod-Tech-Solutions will provide a UPS tracking code and packaging pictures detailing the item condition pre-shipment. We take great pride in our store and want you to know what to expect when your package arrives.
