Antique Japanese Signed Scroll Painting 93” Mountain Landscape People Waterfall

This is a very large scroll, nearly 93” long. The main section is 31 1/4” wide, and almost 34” if you include the handles. Measuring just the painted paper is 25” x 55”. The painting is signed in the upper left, including a red seal mark in a double gourd shape
The silk border of the painting is a diamond pattern made with a Greek key design with some type of plant in the diamonds. The bar a the bottom is made out of wood, with some type of plastic or celluloid handles. The front of the scroll is in very nice condition, but the back has a stain and black smudges.
It’s a big mountain landscape painting with a lot going on. In the bottom left corner are two people walking toward a compound that contains a couple buildings, and a person inside one of those buildings. The landscape has different types of trees, and a river to the right and left, one with a bridge over it. Moving up the painting, there are three more groups of homes nestled in the trees and a waterfall on the right side.
