This is an early pontiled cobalt blue corset waisted cologne bottle from the Civil War era or before.....Hand blown in paste mold, so there are no mold seams....open pontil scar on bottom....flared ring lip....deep cobalt blue.....round with corset waist.....hand painted berries & flowers around bottle....5"tall....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. A shiny clean bottle with only some faint inside content haze. This was a popular style of cologne bottle in the mid 1800s.
